How to reach us
The fastest way to get help is the contact form at the top of this page. We respond within two business days. The form captures the details we need to triage quickly — a category, what happened, and the IDs involved — and routes straight to the team.
Tips for faster resolution
The form asks for the basics, but adding the items below in the message itself usually resolves the issue on the first reply:
- A short description of what you tried to do.
- What happened instead, including any error message text or a screenshot if the message was visual.
- The strategy ID (
s_…) or backtest ID (b_…) involved, if applicable. You can find these in the URL of the page or in the response from any builder tool. The form has dedicated fields for these — paste them there when you have them. - The approximate time the issue occurred (your local time + timezone is fine) so we can correlate with our logs.
- If the issue is in Quawd Bot or another AI agent, the exact prompt or instruction you sent.
What we cannot help with
Quawd is a research and configuration tool, not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or custodian. Support requests fall outside our scope when they ask us to:
- Recommend specific securities, strategies, or trade timing for your account. Read our Risk Disclosure for context.
- Resolve trades, balances, fees, or account issues at a connected brokerage. Contact your brokerage directly for those.
- Provide tax, legal, or financial-planning advice.
Account, privacy, and legal
- Privacy questions, data-export requests, and account deletion are handled per the Privacy Policy. Submit them through the contact form with the Privacy category and we'll route them to the right person.

Security disclosures
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, use the contact form with the Security category and include details and a way to reach you. Please do not file a public issue or share the report on social media until we've had a chance to triage and respond.
Service status
If multiple parts of the product appear to be down at the same time, that is usually a platform-wide incident on our side. Send a note through the contact form and we'll confirm and track the resolution timeline back to you.
