Deep-copy a strategy into a new draft, duplicating all definitions, rules, and config.
Useful for iterating on a variant without touching the original. The clone starts in draft status and inherits the source strategy's symbol, timeframe, and all condition definitions. Saved anchors and zones are NOT copied — re-create them on the clone with builder_save_anchor / builder_save_zone.
